Returns

All products are bespoke and made-to-measure. Returns are not applicable unless the product has been received defective (e.g., torn, damaged).

Bandhani shall make every effort to deliver defect-free products to purchasers. Bandhani does not take title to any returned items purchased by the user unless the item is received by Bandhani.

Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects. Defective and/or damaged goods must be reported to Bandhani within 24 hours of receipt. Any communication received after 24 hours of delivery shall not qualify for return unless expressly covered by the product warranty, even if the product was wrongly delivered.

Bandhani does not provide the option of exchange for reasons such as color mismatch or exchange for size.

No money for returned products will be refunded; however, a credit note will be generated for the value of the returned goods.

In the case of a size alteration, we can accommodate the request at an additional cost, with all shipping expenses borne by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The average timeline for the refund to reflect in your account is approximately 1 month.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
